About the role

Seeking an experienced Illinois Licensed Senior Title Officer, the full-time role will provide expert underwriting guidance, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with underwriting standards while working in a hybrid schedule from one of the Chicagoland office locations.

Key responsibilities: Review and respond to underwriting inquiries promptly and courteously Mentor Junior Underwriters and assist Title Examiners with title-related questions Underwrite and service title insurance transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications: Illinois underwriting experience is mandatory Strong background in title operations and underwriting standards Ability to evaluate complex risks and communicate concerns effectively Experience in collaborating with attorneys, escrow agents, and lenders Proficiency in reviewing and assessing legal documents related to title
