Field Training Support Intern - Summer 2027 If you're looking for an internship opportunity that is fun, challenging, and provides real-world experience, look no further!
What You'll Do: You will work in a fast-paced environment and have the opportunity to make valuable contributions to our Field Support teams and Training Academies. Throughout this internship, you will provide administrative support to field leadership and staff across multiple states, assist with coordinating and facilitating training webinars, and help support the day-to-day operations of our Training Academy programs. Regular duties may include preparing and distributing communications, taking meeting notes, printing and mailing training materials, coordinating registration and attendance tracking for training events, creating reports and surveys, and supporting projects designed to improve consistency and efficiency across our field operations. You may also have the opportunity to assist with marketing and communication initiatives, training materials, and instructional design projects. As an intern, you will also participate in corporate activities designed to provide exposure to our industry, organization, and culture. Our internship program follows an 80/10/10 approach: 80% of your time will be spent performing meaningful work and project-based assignments within your department. 10% of your time will be dedicated to learning from and networking with employees in other areas of the organization. 10% of your time will be spent participating in shared internship experiences that provide insight into our culture, leadership, and business operations. What It Takes to Join Our Team: Be a current college student (working towards a degree in communication, hospitality, business, or marketing preferred.) Have strong written and verbal communication skills. Be dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate attention to detail and strong administrative skills. Be comfortable collaborating with team members across multiple locations and departments. Have proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote. Experience with communications, graphic design, video editing, instructional design, or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred but not required. Ability to work in-person from our office in West Des Moines, Iowa.
