Job Description:
The ideal candidate must be experienced overseeing the entire operation of Commercial Drywall projects, ranging from 50k to 1.5 million. They should be able to determine and address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers and job site. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties and be able to establish a timeline for completion.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operation of construction projects
Ensure safety, compliance, and quality regulations are followed
Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
Qualifications:
10 years minimum of experience in the drywall industry
Strong project management and communications skills
Ability to read construction documents
Familiarity with Procore and other standard management programs
Familiarity with Dallas/Fort Worth regulatory construction standards
OSHA certified preferred
Bilingual is a plus but not required
