Take a look at our current job openings at our stores in Illinois, Iowa and Missouri and Location: Florence, SC Job Id: 1201 # of Openings: 1 Responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the completion of projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the defined scope. Lead the project while working with Director of Store Operations and Regional Store Directors on specific needs of the projects within the stores and property to completion within targeted deadlines. Must be able to lead and assist in design and layout of projects structure and timeline. Assist with hiring process of remodel fixture crews and Teams for projects. Required to coordinate, lead, and collaborate a Team that will meet the deadlines and specific project guidelines. Build, maintain, and oversee contractor relations and timelines for projects to meet and exceed project expectations. Manage resources, coordination of teams, identify risks, and communicate effective for all projects simultaneously. Ordering of all store fixture parts and required equipment while maintaining budget parameters. Responsible for all tasks associated with Store Openings and Re-Grand Openings such as but not limited to: Fixtures, Merchandising, Sourcing, hiring of contractor work, signage, etc. Maintain a running list of spare fixture parts and distribute to Stores as needed and requested by Regional Store Directors. Ensure all Store maps are kept up-to-date and posted appropriately in each Store. Assist with Store Seasonal Resets/Changes when requested by the Director of Store Operations. Responsible for any special projects assigned by the Director of Store Operations and/or Executive Leadership Team. Positive attitude with a passion for collaborating with Team Members, Facility Maintenance Manager, Merchandiser, Power Equipment Manager, and Contractors on projects assigned by the Director of Store Operations. Various other duties may be assigned to maximize business opportunities and meet the needs of the business.
