About the Role
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled IONM Technologist to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting patient safety and surgical outcomes by monitoring the integrity of the nervous system during complex procedures.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Duties
- Perform and implement IONM procedures including EP, EEG, and EMG under the supervision of senior staff and according to established protocols
- Conduct preoperative equipment checks and prepare for intraoperative and postoperative responsibilities
- Identify proper stimulation and recording sites; apply electrodes and obtain baseline readings
- Prepare equipment and supplies for required monitoring procedures
- Confirm patient identity, surgeon, and procedure details, and communicate the monitoring plan with patients and caregivers
- Monitor neurophysiologic activity throughout surgical procedures and effectively communicate any clinically significant changes
- General Responsibilities
- Participate in after-hours call rotation for urgent cases
- Provide departmental support in alignment with company goals and lab procedures
Qualifications:
- QualificationsCNIM certified or CNIM-eligible (required)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
- Current AHA CPR certification
- Minimum of 1 year of IONM experience
- Strong understanding of neuroanatomy, physiology, and pathophysiologyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment

Preferred Skills:
- CNIM certified (as opposed to CNIM-eligible)
- Minimum of 1 year of IONM experience
