About the role
7-10 years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives ? Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, Oracle Responsys
High aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking. Experience in SQL preferred.

Description Developing, testing, and deploying customer journeys. This involves assessing product and strategy objectives, platform capabilities and data needs.
Collaborating and communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders given the complexities of global large-scale projects, ensuring that operational plans, deliverables and risks are properly addressed and aligned.
Optimizing performance through A/B testing to drive incremental growth and overall program improvement. Monitoring campaign performance for operational integrity, and identifying and communicating issues to internal teams.
Identifying key opportunities of improvement in campaign performance, operational efficiency and processes, and product tooling.
Building a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks that serve as a reference and training resource.
Education BA/BS preferred, or equivalent work experience
