This isnât just another sales job. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build and lead the U.S. market for a global industry leader. AUPU is the No.1 brand in Chinaâs bathroom heating, ventilation fan, and integrated ceiling systems category, with decades of manufacturing excellence and a dominant position in the global building materials market. We are now launching our U.S.expansion with a focus on ventilation fans and bathroom masters. Weâre looking for a seasoned sales professional with HVAC channel and customer experience to join our U.S. sales team. You wonât be managing an existing book of business. Youâll be building the channel network and defining what success looks like in one of the worldâs largest building products markets. If you thrive on autonomy, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and are ready to take ownership of a region from day one â this is the role for youïŒđŻ What Youâll Own Market Strategy & Sales Planning Develop and execute the sales and channel expansion strategy for the target region Define target customer segments and build annual/quarterly sales plans with clear action roadmaps Channel Development & Customer Acquisition Leverage your HVAC channel knowledge to build distribution for our ventilation and bathroom heating products through: HVAC wholesale distributors Mechanical/engineering contractors Building material retailers and supply houses Builders and developers Build and manage a regional distribution network from scratch Deepen and expand strategic partnerships with existing customers Brand Building Drive brand awareness and market penetration to accelerate customer acquisition and business conversion Partner with the marketing team to develop localized brand promotion strategies Represent AUPU at industry trade shows, client events, and professional forums Market Intelligence Continuously monitor competitive dynamics, industry trends, regulatory changes, and customer needs Relay frontline product feedback to headquartersâ product and marketing teams Shape product positioning and go-to-market strategy based on real market insightsđ€
Who You Are:
Youâre a hunter. Youâre a builder. Location:
Los Angeles office available, but this role is field-based (travel/client visits), with no daily office requirement. You can be based anywhere in the U.S.âWest, Central, East, or any region with potential.
Travel:
50%+ within assigned U.S. region Work Authorization: Must have valid U.S. work authorization (Green Card / U.S. Citizen / valid work visa). We do not sponsor visas.
