About the role

Kohl's is seeking an As Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty enthusiasm and consultative client engagement. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandising and replenishment, and uphold Sephora at Kohl’s standards to deliver an exceptional client experience. You’ll build loyalty, upsell where appropriate, stay current on beauty trends, demonstrate products, and support inventory and training initiatives to achieve store goals.
