About the role
Designing and developing instructional materials, the full-time remote Clinical Operations Trainer Analyst will create engaging training content for clinical operations, utilizing adult learning principles and multimedia elements while collaborating with subject matter experts.
Key responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain instructional design materials for clinical training, including eLearning modules and training manuals
Evaluate training materials and modalities, making recommendations to enhance effectiveness and engagement
Track and analyze training outcomes, reporting findings to cross-functional teams to support organizational needsRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in education, instructional design, or a related field
Prior experience in developing and delivering training in various settings
Ability to write effective instructional text and scripts
Previous experience in clinical research is highly prioritized
Proven experience in instructional design and familiarity with tools like Articulate and Adobe Storyline
