Job Description: Job Description Forklift Operator - Day Shift

Location: Rogers, AR

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PMWe are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for a daytime warehouse position in Rogers, Arkansas. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of forklift and warehouse experience, previous forklift certification or training, and experience working in shipping, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include:

Operating a forklift to move, load, and unload materials
Loading and unloading trucks and trailers
Receiving and processing incoming inventory
Picking and preparing orders
Using RF scanners and basic warehouse computer systems
Performing inventory counts
Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed
Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of verifiable forklift and warehouse experience
Forklift certification or documented formal forklift trainingRF scanner experience
Basic computer/data-entry skills
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
High school diploma or GEDReliable attendance
Available Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PMMust be able to provide a recent business reference or certification to verify forklift experience
Experience with warehouse management systems, third-party logistics, shipping/receiving, or packaging operations is preferred.
