About the role
Job Responsibilities:
Act as primary liaison for key portfolio of clients – provide a personalized, white glove service Develop healthy, long-term relationships with clients Engage is proactive relationships with clients to ensure total satisfaction Partner cross-functionally with various teams within the organization to deliver excellent customer service and address client needs Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships Monitor account KPIs, to include volume, satisfaction, & retention Provide feedback to management for continuous improvement initiatives Support QBRs and strategic business plans to ensure the meeting of company-wide goals Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, and/or client management within biotech, medical devices, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals. Customer-centric mindset – Proven success in building & maintaining long-term client relationships Excellent written & verbal communication skills Ability to be a problem-solver and take ownership High sense of urgency Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to identify business development opportunities Ability to identify trends and gain insight from data Proficient with CRM systems & Microsoft Office
