About the role

AHEAD is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help build Hatch, our flagship platform. You will own end-to-end features, design, build, and ship full-stack solutions using Elixir and Phoenix, and collaborate with teams to apply AI tools. You will mentor engineers, lead reviews, and help set roadmaps, balancing technical risk with business goals, with opportunities to influence architecture and tooling.
