About the role
As a full-time AI Innovation Engineer, the successful candidate will partner with leadership and subject matter experts to architect and implement AI-driven workflows and tools, utilizing Python and automation to enhance operational efficiency in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Architect and build proprietary AI agents and automation workflows to drive competitive advantage
Develop and manage a playbook for workflow implementation, including testing and adoption phases
Collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to ensure workflows achieve strategic objectives and deliver measurable value
Required qualifications
5+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in the marketing or agency space
Strong engineering foundation to evaluate tools, build workflows, and integrate AI solutions
Hands-on fluency with Python and familiarity with TypeScript, SQL, or relevant scripting environments
Proven track record of successfully shipping production AI work that has been adopted by teams
Ability to navigate ambiguity and propose solutions in a fast-paced environment
