Maintaining operation standards set by Dunkin’ Brands & Jaton Mgmt Co., LLC
Be people-focused and provide high-quality guest and workforce satisfaction
Hire, train, and retain a motivated, successful workforce
Supervise and communicate ideas and expectations clearly
Possess strong organizational skills
