About the role

The Tides of Shallotte, operated by Avenue5 Residential, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins/out, and lease renewals, while engaging with residents to maximize occupancy and retention. Candidates should provide excellent customer service, be proficient with leasing software (Yardi Voyager) and Microsoft Office, and maintain strong organizational skills. Weekend work (Saturday & Sunday) plus three weekdays is required for full-time employment, with a competitive hourly
