About the role

Job TitleThe Trust & Safety (T&S) Group within Client Global Ecommerce is responsible for defining, enforcing, and promoting policies, programs, and products to ensure safe transactions and maintain trust across our marketplace business. T&S responsibilities include mitigating risks around Intellectual Property. The Analyst, Intellectual Property & Anti-Counterfeit (Trust & Safety) will report into the Senior Manager I, Intellectual Property & Anti-Counterfeit and will partner with the Legal, Marketplaces, Customer Support, Omni Merchandising Corporate Affairs, Technology and Trust & Safety Operations and Product teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Reporting on Intellectual Property and Anti-Counterfeit metrics on a regular basis
  • Managing internal escalations related to Intellectual Property and Anti-Counterfeit
  • Tracking and managing the support mailbox for Intellectual Property and Anti-Counterfeit escalations
  • Building strong partnerships with Client internal stakeholders in the US and globally
  • Analytical Qualifications
  • Perform data analysis and trends related to Intellectual Property and Anti-Counterfeit
Conducting data analysis and audit of anti-counterfeit controls and programs (IP Gating, Rule Creation, Rule Audit, Seller Risk) derived from IP Claim investigation trends and observations. Building strong partnerships with Client internal stakeholders in the US and globally The ability to analyze large data sets to identify patterns and use insights to drive improvements and mitigate risks around Intellectual Property.
