About the role
Supporting financial operations in a full-time remote capacity, the Arizona Financial Analysis Consultant will manage the monthly close process, budgeting, and forecasting activities while providing insights for operational decision-making and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
Lead financial processes including operating budgets, forecasting, and program reporting while coordinating resources and communication
Provide high-level financial expertise through data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making and business plans
Ensure regulatory compliance and assist internal customers with contractual and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in financial management
Proficiency in sophisticated software programs and advanced analytical skills
Operational knowledge in healthcare and strong leadership capabilities
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects effectively
