Compensation:$170K to $230K base + bonus and benefitsWe're looking for an experiencedDirector of Productto lead strategy and execution for a growing B2B fintech product portfolio.This is a high-ownership role for someone who has built and scaled products inpayments, fintech, digital banking, financial infrastructure, or related B2B financial technology . You'll lead a team of Product Managers, own the roadmap, and partner closely with Engineering and business leadership.What You'll DoOwn product strategy, roadmap, and execution across a B2B fintech portfolio
Lead, coach, and grow a team of Product Managers
Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, Risk, and Compliance
Drive customer adoption, retention, expansion, and business outcomes
Work across APIs, integrations, payment flows, and complex financial systems
Represent Product with senior leadership, customers, and external partners
Help drive practical AI adoption across the Product organizationWhat We're Looking For9+ years of Product Management experience
4+ years managing Product Managers
Strongfintech or paymentsbackground
Experience owning B2B product strategy and roadmap
Strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and data flows
Experience operating in a regulated environment
Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership
