Northwell Transplant Instituteoffers world class organ transplant care for adults with organ failure and children in need of new heart, lung, kidney or liver transplants. The institute has the only pediatric heart transplant program on Long Island.
HighlightsJoining 4+ dedicated transplant nephrologists
100% transplant nephrology, no general nephrology (unless interested)
Inpatient responsibilities shared equally, plus outpatient clinic
High volume transplant nephrology service with >200 cases/year
Exceptional outcomes regionally and nationally
Qualifications:
Completed a US-based Internal Medicine residency training plus general Nephrology fellowship training
Advanced year in an AST-certified renal transplant fellowship
Demonstrated the highest level of clinical performance and scientific potential
At least 1 year post-fellowship experience
Interest in Living Donor operations/service welcome but not required
