About the role

Project Architect Tampa, FL | Full-Time An established and growing architecture firm with eight offices across the U.S. is seeking a Project Architect to join its Tampa team. This is a great opportunity for a licensed architect who enjoys leading projects, working directly with clients, and mentoring project teams. Projects will primarily focus on Multifamily, Retail and Commercial development projects.
What You'll Do: Lead projects from design through construction and closeout Manage project schedules, budgets, quality, and deliverables Serve as a primary contact for clients and consultants Coordinate and mentor internal project teams Oversee drawings, specifications, and construction documents Manage multiple projects while working closely with firm leadership
What We're Looking For: Professional degree in Architecture Licensed Architect within an NCARB jurisdiction 7+ years of architectural experience Strong project management and client-facing skills Proficiency in Revit Experience leading teams and coordinating consultants Multifamily and/or financial services experience is a plus Why Consider It?
