About the role

Description: Administer, monitor, and maintain SAP landscapes to ensure high availability and optimal performance. Perform SAP installations, upgrades, patches, system copies, kernel upgrades, and refreshes. Manage SAP transports and system configurations across development, QA, and production environments. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Basis-related issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, network, and application teams to support stability and compliance. Implement SAP performance tuning, monitoring, and capacity planning. Support disaster recovery planning, backup, and recovery processes. Maintain technical documentation and follow change management processes. Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and best practices.
Requirements: 10+ years of hands-on SAP Basis Administration experience. Strong experience supporting complex SAP landscapes. Experience with SAP system installations, upgrades, migrations, and patch management. Proficiency in SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and related SAP technologies. Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems. Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and system performance optimization. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Active Top Secret Clearance preferred. Experience with cloud-hosted SAP environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. SAP Basis certification is preferred.
