Location: 2434 Interstate Plaza, Hammond, IN 46324

Our network includes 32 hospitals and multiple physician offices. What Will You DoThis individual is required to assist in meeting the technical departments TAT and Quality requirements. This individual is responsible for resolving/troubleshooting pending specimens, completing add-on testing, and resolving any specimen rejections. This individual shall maintain a healing environment for employees and patients with a spirit of caring and concern as incorporated in the philosophy of our Catholic healthcare systems while performing all job functions.
What We Are Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required. Typing skills (at least 40 wpm). 10 key experience required. Computer experience required. A background in medical laboratory and/or knowledge of medical terminology, and/or billing and coding are strongly preferred.
