About the role
- Accurately weigh, measure, and blend raw materials according to production formulas.
- Operate mixing, blending, and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout the manufacturing process.
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintain a clean production environment.
- Quality & Documentation:
- Complete production records accurately and thoroughly.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA compliance standards.
- Maintain strict documentation for all manufacturing activities.
- Identify and report production issues or quality concerns immediately.
- Assist with inventory and material tracking when needed.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Work safely in a sterile manufacturing environment.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including:
- Lab coat
- Safety goggles
- Hair net
- Boot covers
- GlovesAdditional PPE as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
