About the role

About the Role: We're hiring a Sales Executive to drive new logo acquisition and expand our footprint within enterprise accounts. This is a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role covering the managed technology services portfolio — from infrastructure and cloud management to cybersecurity and IT support services. You'll work closely with sales engineering, delivery, and marketing to build pipeline, run consultative sales cycles, and close deals with mid-market and enterprise buyers. This role suits someone who thrives in a consultative, solution-selling environment and is comfortable navigating long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
What You'll Do: Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, qualification, solution design, negotiation, and close — for enterprise and mid-market accounts. Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities within managed technology services (AI, enterprise applications, cloud, cybersecurity, IT support, etc.).Develop and execute account-based sales strategies targeting enterprise IT and business decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, VPs of IT, procurement).Partner with sales engineering and solutions teams to scope client needs and build tailored proposals and statements of work. Negotiate contract terms and pricing in coordination with sales leadership and legal. Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in the CRM.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas. Collaborate with marketing on demand generation campaigns and provide field feedback to refine messaging and targeting. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and positioning relevant service offerings.
What We're Looking For: 8-10 years of B2B sales experience, with a track record of success in enterprise or complex solution sales. Direct experience selling managed IT/technology services (AI, managed application services, cloud, cybersecurity, help desk/support, or similar) strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and consistently hit or exceed quota. Strong consultative selling skills — able to diagnose client pain points and map them to service solutions. Experience selling to enterprise IT buyers (CIO, CTO, VP/Director of IT) and navigating procurement processes. Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, or similar) and structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, Solution Selling, or similar).Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment while collaborating cross-functionally. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
