Role Description:
The Office Administrative Assistant is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting daily office operations and ensuring efficient administrative workflows. Key tasks include managing emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings, maintaining digital records, and preparing basic reports and documents. The role involves coordinating with internal team members, assisting with executive administrative tasks, and performing general clerical duties such as data entry and document organization. The Office Administrative Assistant will also support customer inquiries with professional phone etiquette and clear communication, while helping to improve processes and maintain accurate information across systems.
Qualifications:
Strong administrative assistance skills, including organizing tasks, managing schedules, and handling office communications. Professional phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members. Experience with executive administrative assistance and the ability to support leaders with calendar management and coordination. Solid clerical skills, including data entry, document filing, record keeping, and basic report preparation. Proficiency with office software and digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing, online collaboration platforms).Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to confidentiality and professional conduct. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or experience in office administration is beneficial.
