Resident Comfort Specialist – Job Description We are seeking compassionate individuals to serve as Resident Comfort Specialists, bringing joy and companionship to older adults in long‑term care settings.

Responsibilities: Read or tell stories to residents.

Watch a favorite TV show together. Sing along to old songs. Decorate a small tabletop Christmas tree. Sit beside someone who needs company.

Qualifications: Degree in compassion (experience and kindness are valued).

Clean background check. Valid ID and Social Security number for payment purposes. Qualified candidates will receive training and support from the care team.
