About the role

AXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is seeking a Home Office Leader in E&S Casualty to oversee portfolio performance, develop underwriting guidelines, and collaborate with actuarial, claims, underwriting, legal, and risk teams to deliver profitable growth. You will partner with E&S Product and leadership, drive talent development, and mentor underwriters while ensuring adherence to guidelines and regulatory requirements. This role reports to the Head of E&S Casualty.
