- Drive the business
- Own store revenue: analyze KPIs, build action plans, and deliver sales targets
- Plan and run in-store events and clienteling initiatives to build a loyal New York client base
- Deliver an exceptional client experience and service and act as the ultimate SOEUR product expert

- Recruit, onboard, train, and coach your Assistant Manager and Sales Associates
- Create staff schedules, manage payroll hours, and ensure full compliance with NY labor law

- Execute Paris visual merchandising guidelines to keep windows and displays perfect
- Manage deliveries, inventory, transfers, and shrinkage prevention
- Oversee all cash handling and opening/closing procedures
- What You'll Bring 5+ years of retail experience, including 2+ years managing a store team (fashion, premium, or luxury preferred)A track record of hitting sales targets and developing people
- Genuine passion for product, styling, and client relationships
- Comfort operating autonomously you'll be our first employee in the USAuthorization to work in the United StatesFrench language skills are a plus, not a requirement
