About the role

The University of South Dakota TRIO Educational Talent Search program in Sioux Falls, SD has an immediate opening for a full-time 11-month Director to lead their team. The Director will hire, train, and supervise staff; develop cooperative relationships with schools and families; oversee direct services in classrooms, small groups, and individual visits; recruit participants and report progress per federal guidelines; and manage records and budgets.
