As part of their strategic expansion, they are now seeking a Commercial Director – USA to establish and drive growth in one of their most important regions.
The Role: This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial leadership position for an experienced commercial executive with deep roots in the pharmaceutical or healthcare automation sector. The Sales Director – USA will be responsible for leading all commercial activities in the region, driving revenue growth, and managing the full P&L. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, and thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the commercial strategy for the U.S. market. Own the regional P&L, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. Develop and nurture relationships with major pharmaceutical companies and industry stakeholders. Lead business development initiatives to expand market share. Collaborate with global leadership to align regional activities with corporate objectives. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing commercial and support team. Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to guide innovation and product development. Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and governance standards (FDA, GMP, etc.).
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.8–15 years of experience in senior commercial or business development roles within pharmaceutical machinery, inspection systems, or healthcare automation. Proven track record of selling complex technical solutions to top-tier pharma clients. Strong understanding of FDA and GMP regulatory environments. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build and scale a business from the ground up. Ability to travel extensively (up to 80% of the time).Experience in machine vision, inspection, or packaging technologies is highly desirable. Why Join?
