About the role

Turret Operator The Turret Operator safely operates narrow-aisle turret trucks and other powered industrial equipment to move, store, retrieve, and organize inventory within the warehouse. This role supports order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency while working in high-bay racking systems and maintaining a strong commitment to safety.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent. At least 1 year of experience operating turret trucks, forklifts, or similar material handling equipment. Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire. Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet. Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience operating Crown Turret Trucks or other narrow-aisle equipment. Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution center environment. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners. Additional safety or material handling certifications. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: Operate turret trucks to load, unload, move, store, and retrieve materials. Perform put-away, replenishment, picking, and staging of products. Safely navigate narrow aisles and elevated racking systems. Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checklists. Maintain battery charge levels and ensure equipment is properly stored and cleaned. Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns. Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Support warehouse operations and other duties as assigned.
