Fast career advancement potential - road to Senior Superintendent clear.About Our ClientMy client is a growing Multi-family general contractor and developer with a strong footprint in the Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Oregon, Nevada, and Washington markets.My client is much more than just your typical contractor - their business lines include development, construction, hospitality, property management, and brewery and distillery operations. (They brew their own beer and liquor across all the states!) Being a developer, the primarily only build for themselves (80% being self owned and self developed), making the company run very lean. 75-80% of their work is multifamily construction, the other 20% being mixed-use developments, limited stand-alone commercial TI work, and building their own breweries within or near their developments.They are passionate about placing the breweries/distilleries near or in their multi-family communities as it provides a place for people to congregate and actually get back to getting to know your neighbors. Plus if you are an employee you get a nice employee discount!Across all offices they are at 272 employees pumping out about $200M of revenue so far this year in 2026. With that being said they are in major growth mode - but every hire they are making is necessary and not just to have people on the bench. They are projecting to hit $400M by year end and on top of that have $1.5B worth of backlog over the next 10 years. With the company running so lean, individuals that work there need to be prepared to be the CEO of their own work and take ownership and responsibility of their projects.Job DescriptionManage day-to-day field activities. Maintain strong business relationships with municipalities for potential future business. Handle the scheduling of all on-site inspections as needed on job sites. Review all bids for work. Supervise the inspection of work. Ensure all proper signage is posted on the construction job site. Work with job investors maintaining a professional attitude. Keep both daily and weekly construction work logs. Supervise/coordinate all construction activities on site. Ensure good time management throughout the project cycle. Lead the team with appropriate construction project planning and developing site logistics. Review blueprints.The Successful Applicant5+ years of relevant experience as a Construction Superintendent. Bachelor's degree preferred (Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil Engineering). Proficient in reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. OSHA certification. New construction and ground-up experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
