About the role

Seeking experienced Business Process Engineers for remote, project-based opportunities focused on process mapping, adherence assessment, and future state design within the financial services industry. Key responsibilities Perform current state process mapping and assess processes for policy adherence Design future state processes, including improvements and automation opportunities Create and maintain gap analysis reports and training documentation Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 10+ years of business process modeling experience 5+ years of experience in the financial services sector Proficiency in BPM tools such as Visio, Signavio, or BlueWorks Prior consulting experience preferred
