About the role

Job description: Duties include extensive computer data entry, simple accounting, preparing court orders to go out for service, detailed proof reading, answering phones, emailing and general office work. This position is full time. Hours will be from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday with a one hour lunch. Pay starts at $18.00 per hour during training. Once completed a raise may be given depending on qualifications. You will need to be able to pass a background check. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus! We are looking for a long term employee that wants to grow with our company. At least 3 years of secretarial experience Good work ethic Reliable/Dependable Honest Teachable Good with people Meet deadlines, often adjusting according to evolving priorities. Basic Computer knowledge Basic Accounting Skills Type minimum of 50 wpm Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word Proficient with email Good handwriting Accuracy Pay attention to details Proof reading Have multi-tasking skills Able to handle stressful situations Exceptional typing skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, ability to take initiative and pay strong attention to detail High School diploma or GED required, 3 years secretarial work experience is required Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
