About the role
Leading engagement across public accounting firm segments, the full-time CPA Licensed Director of Firm Services will develop strategic initiatives, enhance membership growth, and provide trusted advisory support to firm leaders, all while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
Lead strategy development for engagement with mid-sized US CPA firms to enhance revenue and membership growth
Serve as a trusted advisor, translating market insights into actionable strategies for the Association
Guide the financial and operational performance of the Private Companies Practice Section (PCPS), focusing on budgeting and member retention initiatives
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in a CPA or professional services firm, or as a Firm Administrator at a CPA firm
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
CPA designation
