Build and enhance APIs, backend services, and integration components across modern banking and payments environments. Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality solutions for PortX customer integration projects. Use modern AI tools responsibly to accelerate engineering productivity, code quality, testing, and documentation. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer-reported technical issues in a timely manner, including root cause analysis and permanent fixes where appropriate. Participate in architectural and technical design discussions, helping define robust, secure, and maintainable solutions. Contribute to deployment, configuration, and operational support processes across cloud-based environments, primarily AWS.Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards, tooling, and development practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance, reliability, observability, and scalability. Create and maintain technical documentation relating to implementations, integrations, troubleshooting, and support handover.
