Job Description: Sloan’s Moving & Storage is an employee-owned moving and storage company based in Manassas, VA committed to delivering exceptional service through professionalism, accessibility, and consistency. We have been in business for over 20 years and our team strives to be the premier moving and storage operation in the DMV area, and we are looking for a salesperson who wants to grow with us. We have the ability to service local, intra-state, interstate, and long-haul moves as an agent for a major van line and our own 14,000 square foot vaulted and palletized storage facility, maximizing flexibility for our customers.

Job description: Must be at least 21 years of age and have held your license for a minimum of 2 years.

This is an immediate opportunity for a talented Mover Driver / Mover to join our team in the transportation industry. As a Mover Driver, you will learn valuable skills and be part of a fun and enthusiastic team that values hard work and dedication.

Responsibilities:

Transport goods safely and efficiently to designated locations
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery
Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
Update manager on duty through out your move.
Making sure that all company paperwork is filled out on every move and correctly

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record at least 21 years of age
Ability to lift heavy items and work in various weather conditions 100 lbs. or more
Excellent communication and teamwork skillsexperience driving 14-26 foot trucks able to drive stick shift is a plus but not a deal braker
