About the role

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Financial Analyst, the full-time remote position will assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly financial reports while receiving training to develop foundational financial reporting skills. Key responsibilities: Perform high-volume reconciliations of bank statements and financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance Prepare and maintain financial reporting for a portfolio of approximately 2,000 entities Analyze financial data to investigate discrepancies and support the integrity of financial reporting Required qualifications: High School Diploma; bachelor's degree preferred 4+ years of work experience in an office environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with large datasets Experience performing high-volume bank reconciliations and financial reporting activities Strong typing skills of 65 WPM or more with proficiency in 10-Key
