Develop and implement strategies for enhanced oil recovery (EOR) and optimize production from existing reservoirs.
Evaluate potential new exploration and development opportunities, providing technical recommendations.
Prepare comprehensive reservoir management plans and production forecasts.
Collaborate effectively with geologists, geophysicists, and drilling engineers through virtual communication channels.
Monitor reservoir data, track key performance indicators, and report on reservoir health and potential.
Requirements:
Master's or Ph. D. in Petroleum Engineering or a related geoscience discipline.
Over 8 years of progressive experience in reservoir engineering, with a strong focus on reservoir simulation and modeling.
Proficiency with industry-standard reservoir modeling software (e.g., ECLIPSE, Petrel RE).
Demonstrated experience in hydrocarbon reserves estimation and economic evaluation.
Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex geological and engineering data.
Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote setting.
Benefits:
Highly competitive salary with performance incentives.
Flexible remote work schedule allowing for work-life balance.
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
Opportunities for international collaboration and professional growth.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
