About the role
Leading financial due diligence engagements, the full-time salaried Director of Transaction Advisory Services will manage client relationships, oversee analytical work, and develop junior talent in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction
Serve as the primary client contact, managing communications and presenting findings to stakeholders
Develop and mentor team members, contributing to their professional growth and the overall practice development
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in financial due diligence at a Big 4 TAS, national advisory firm, or similar environment
Proven expertise in quality of earnings analyses and financial due diligence engagements with minimal supervision
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred (active or eligible)
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with large datasets under tight deadlines
Strong understanding of US GAAP as applied in transaction contexts
