About the role
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and next steps
- Coordinate new-hire activities, start dates, and related communications
- Track recruiting activities and requisition status through weekly reports
- Support pre-employment testing by scheduling appointments, confirming participation, and communicating results
- Assist with background checks and drug screening processes
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process
- Provide general administrative support for recruiting and HR activities as needed
- Handle confidential candidate and employee information appropriately
- 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, administrative support, or a related field
- Experience scheduling interviews or coordinating calendars is highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with employees, hiring managers, interviewers, and external candidates
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to adapt quickly and work effectively in a changing environment
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Experience with Oracle HCM or another Human Capital Management System
- Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Bachelor's degree
