About the role

Global Medical Response (GMR) seeks a Sr. Clinical Health Manager for GMR Life to develop and oversee a comprehensive employee health, wellness, and resilience program. This remote role reports to senior wellness leadership and requires strong crisis intervention skills and resource coordination. You will drive peer support initiatives, manage digital communications, and collaborate with HR, benefits, and operations to expand wellness offerings across the organization. Travel may be required.
