Role Description: This is a full-time Territory Manager role based on-site in the Nashville Metropolitan Area covering TN and AL. The Territory Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer support. Daily tasks include driving sales within the assigned region working with contractors and managing distribution, delivering product presentations, conducting on-site product demonstrations, and staying informed about industry trends to provide advanced firestopping solutions. The Territory Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions and achieve business growth.
Qualifications: Strong sales and business development skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and meet sales targets Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders Technical knowledge or experience in construction or fire protection systems is advantageous Proficiency in time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required Relevant professional experience or a degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
