About the role
Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Shift Leader to drive bakery operations and guest experiences across busy shifts. You’ll bake, package, and prepare orders while coaching the Cookie Crew to deliver fast, friendly service and maintain quality standards. You will manage tasks, discuss updates with store leadership, and adapt to peak hours, holidays, and weekends. This role emphasizes leadership growth within a fast-paced, customer-focused bakery environment.
