About the role
Echodyne is seeking a Strategic Proposal Manager to own the development of bids, proposals, and formal customer responses from intake through final submission. This role translates solicitation requirements into compliant, persuasive responses using GovDash and approved content, coordinating with subject matter experts as needed.
You will manage timelines, ensure accuracy, coherence, and final production while continuously improving proposal templates and content repositories.
