Licensed barber or cosmetologist Strong skills in fades, tapers, scissor work, and beard grooming Experience with straight-razor shaves preferred Professional appearance and positive attitude Passion for customer service and attention to detail Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Punctual, reliable, and coachable
