About the role

Position Overview: On Line Design, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative coordinator to manage the procurement and delivery of finished samples. The role works closely with packaging development, R&D, and supplier teams to make sure samples are accurate, on time, and ready to support the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with the packaging development team and other stakeholders to procure materials and deliver finished samples. Validate sales sample component data in Enovia by SKU.Use Enovia component data and the shared project plan to identify suppliers and request proposals for components. Share vendor responses and help select vendors, leading to the issue of purchase orders. Work with R&D and packaging development to confirm there are no design changes that haven't yet been captured in Enovia. Make sure selected components meet design requirements, including shape, color, fit, and form. Coordinate with internal and vendor teams so components arrive on time and meet the needs of Sales Managers.
