About the role

Job Description: Local water well drilling company is looking to hire a pump installation technician. This employee must have a Class A or B CDL, be able to pass a drug test, have a clean driving record, and pass a background check before being hired. This position includes but is not limited to installing submersible pumps, trenching water lines and laying pipe and wire, installing pressure tanks and pressure switches, diagnosing pump problems and water system issues, pump service work and installing well liners, performing well grouts and well abandonments. This position requires heavy lifting. Position is paid by the hour with paid overtime. Some travel required. On the job training is provided. Any mechanical, electrical, plumbing or prior well pump installation experience is helpful. Pay is based on experience.
