Public Safety Customer Engagement & Industry Leadership Serve as a trusted senior advisor for Sound Thinking with chiefs, sheriffs, commissioners, and city and county leaders. Sponsor the company's most strategic opportunities and executive-level customer relationships. Represent Sound Thinking at industry conferences, associations, and public safety forums.4. Ecosystem Selling & Platform Adoption Lead the shift from single-product selling to full Safety Smart™ platform adoption. Grow multi-solution engagement across Shot Spotter, Crime Tracer, Plate Ranger, Safe Pointe, and future offerings. Help agencies build long-term technology roadmaps that connect detection, investigation, and response. Recruit, coach, and retain top sales talent, building a bench of future leaders. Bring the voice of the customer into product and pricing strategy. Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team on revenue strategy and market trends. Champion adoption of AI-enabled tools and workflows across the sales organization. Stay ahead of emerging public safety technologies and translate them into customer value. Prepare the team to sell the next generation of the Safety Smart™ platform.
Minimum Qualifications: 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in enterprise SaaS, public sector technology, security technology, or public safety technology.7+ years leading regional or national sales teams with meaningful revenue accountability. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
