About the role

RAM Partners in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper (Waterton) to maintain the community’s exterior and landscaping. You will trim trees and hedges, mow and manicure lawns, maintain gardens, and keep pathways clean to ensure an attractive, well-kept property. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm. Compensation includes $18.50–$20.00 hourly ($36,000 yearly), with a stable full-time role and opportunities to contribute to a welcoming living environment.
